If you become a Registered Member with PipInvestment, you have agreed to our terms of service. If you do not agree with our terms and risk disclosure, please do not become a PipInvestment member. If you use our free software, you have agreed to our terms of service. If you use our services, you have agreed to our terms of service.

User Agreement

You represent that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein in this Agreement. You further agree not to use this website for illegal purposes, interfere or disrupt networks connected to the website, or solicit and send out ‘Spam’ mail using this or to this service.

Subscribers and members agree not to copy, sell, license, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, broadcast, circulate or otherwise commercially exploit any information and/or signal by email, autotrade software or any other way. All trades delivered to user account(s) are only for that particular account and you have no right to share, sell or distrubute them in any way to other accounts or 3rd parties without the written consent of the owners of PipInvestment.

Free Trial Policy

As a subscriber, you agree not to abuse PipInvestment trial policy. Only one trial for the product is allowed per person, for the lifetime of that individual. If you have already used a free trial, then you must sign up as a returning member. If you are found in violation of this policy at any time, you agree and understand that your service will be terminated and you may not be allowed to sign up for any of our memberships in the future. We track all member signups using advanced computerized software, making it very easy for us to know when a violation of this policy occurs. Please respect this policy, and know that it is in place to preserve the value of our service to paying members.

Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to understand the terms of his/her subscription and to manage it accordingly. If a subscriber wishes to discontinue membership, that subscriber must cancel the subscription in his/her Payment account. To do this you must login to the Payment section on their website, and find the subscription under your account activity. There will be a link there to cancel. Please understand that emailing sales@PipInvestment.com with a cancellation request will not result in the cancellation of your subscription. The subscriber agrees to not hold PipInvestment responsible for the cancellation of his/her membership if such a request is made by email or any other form of communication. PipInvestment reserves the right to manually cancel any members subscription if at its sole discretion, PipInvestment finds that the member has violated any of the terms of use.

Refund Policy

PipInvestment does not issue refunds. If you have any doubts about the value of the service provided, then you should refrain from subscribing or buying our products. As a result, Electronic goods such as software are non-refundable.

Service Fee
All accounts at Institutional Liquidity are subject to a service fee. This service fee is not a markup on spread but a standard commission fee of $2.50 per Full Round on a standard lot (1.0 lot). By paying this service fee, you have access to a special deal at ILQ which would normally not be available to retail clients. Most ECN FX Brokers charge anywhere from $5-10 per full round on a standard lot. That is a saving of 50% or greater. For example if you enter a 0.1 lot, you would be charged 25 Cents for that position, while most ECN brokers will change you 50 cents to 1 dollar. The service fee is equivalent to 1/4 of pip per complete transaction ( Open and Close).
